Subject: {Revised Appointment Terms, Salary Structure & Performance Guidelines}
Dear Employees,
This circular from the Management of RSG India shares important updates on appointment terms, salary, and performance policies. These changes aim to ensure fairness, transparency, and alignment with our organizational goals.
1️⃣ Revised Salary Structure
Effective immediately, monthly salaries are as follows:
Physical Trainers: ₹12,500
Computer Trainers: ₹14,500
Block Officer in Service & Development (Block OSD): ₹19,400
Assistant District Officer in Charge (ADOC): ₹24,650
District Officer in Charge (DOC): ₹29,600
2️⃣ Trial Period & Salary Payment
The previous 90-day trial period and withholding of first salary are revoked. Now, salaries will be paid from the first month, subject to performance.
3️⃣ Six-Month Probation
Employees remain on probation for six months during which:
Performance, conduct, and target achievement will be closely monitored.
Successful completion leads to confirmation and eligibility for benefits.
4️⃣ Performance-Based Salary
Salaries will be paid on the 10th of every month, based on verified performance in the previous month. Trainers have separate payment terms.
5️⃣ Strict “No Work, No Pay” Policy
Employees must achieve at least 40% of assigned targets to qualify for salary.
Failure to meet targets means no salary payment for that month.
This policy enforces accountability and consistent performance.
6️⃣ Expectations & Compliance
District Officers in Charge (DOCs) and Assistant DOCs (ADOCs) must:
Clearly communicate these revised terms to all team members.
Submit signed monthly performance reports by the 5th of every month.
Support their teams to meet and exceed assigned targets.

🔔 NOTICE: Upcoming Training Batch for Computer and Physical Trainers – June 2025 🔔
This is to inform all concerned that RSG India is conducting a new training batch for Computer and Physical Trainers, exclusively for candidates from Bihar.
📅 Batch Schedule:
Date: 10th – 12th June 2025 to 22nd – 24th June 2025
Duration: 12 days
📍 Training Location:
Vijaynagar, Darjeeling, West Bengal
🎓 Training Program Highlights:
✅ Advanced Computer Skills
✅ Civic Sense Teaching Skills
✅ Life Improvement Programs
✅ Personality Development Program (PDP)
⚠️ Important Eligibility Criteria:
This training program is strictly for participants who are permanent residents of Bihar only.
✅ Entry Process:
1️⃣ Apply by filling the registration form.
2️⃣ Submit the security deposit as per the prescribed norms.
3️⃣ After completing both steps, the Training Letter will be issued by Management – RSG India within 24-48 hours.
All District Officers in Charge are advised to ensure that eligible trainers from their respective districts apply for this prestigious training program promptly.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions in Computer Training, sports, yoga, and extracurricular activities.
- Develop structured lesson plans and activity modules.
- Guide and mentor students to improve their skills.
- Organize practical workshops, outdoor training, and competitions.
- Ensure discipline, safety, and effective learning during sessions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate, Graduate in Physical Education, ADCA, DCA , BCA, Sports, or relevant fields (preferred).
- Experience in training, coaching, or teaching is an added advantage.
- Passion for working with students and promoting extracurricular excellence.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Selection Process
📌 Application Submission: Submit your application before 10th June 2025.
📌 Screening & Shortlisting: Applications will be reviewed based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
📌 Examination & Fitness Test:
Shortlisted candidates will undergo a written examination and a basic physical fitness test. This is to assess knowledge, stamina, and field readiness.
⚠️ No fitness test or written examination is required for Computer Trainers.
📌 Interview & Practical Assessment:
Qualified candidates will be called for a personal interview and a hands-on demo or teaching session.

Subject: Submission of Appointment Letters and Performance Reports
This is to inform all Block OSDs who have completed their 90 days of probation/trial period to immediately collect their appointment letters from the respective branch offices. It is mandatory for all Block OSDs to submit the following documents:
- Signed Appointment Letter
- Performance Report attested and duly signed by the District Officer in Charge (DOC)
Please note that failure to submit the required documents by 7th June 2025 will be considered as non-compliance, and your offer letter may be deemed invalid or cancelled. Consequently, you may be considered as not part of the company.
Furthermore, all DOCs are hereby advised to carefully review the performance reports of Block OSDs. If any Block OSD has achieved approximately 30% or above of their targets during the 90-day period, they will be entitled to receive their salary. If they have not achieved at least 30% of the set targets, no payment will be issued.
Kindly ensure compliance with these instructions to avoid any inconvenience.
